Christ in the Crisis
During the months of March, April, and June of 2020 our world was thrown into a worldwide crisis and shutdown due to the Covid-19 scare. By June this led to race riots, civil disorder, and lawlessness. This has been a unique, strange, yet prophetic time in world history. During this period we were unable to meet physically in our building as a church yet God providentially used this time in the spiritual life of our local church in Limerick (LCC) to minister unto us remarkable messages and testimonies from near and far. As we gathered online using Zoom we met together in our homes and were fed of the very finest of the wheat. Powerful messages were delivered to us from good friends in different countries and continents of the world as well as gifted local preachers. Our theme throughout this crisis was CHRIST IN THE CRISIS. We sought to exalt Him alone as preeminent throughout this unusual time. We believe that what we have seen is only the beginning of sorrows, as predicted by Christ, and that we as the Church must be ready to stand and preach Christ in the continuing crisis our world is yet about to face.
